Privacy Policy

Last updated August 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Scenova AI ("Scenova," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use scenova.ai and its AI creation services. Contact us at support@scenova.ai with privacy questions or requests.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as your email address, name, authentication details, language, signup source, and country. We collect the prompts, images, audio, video, character settings, and other content you submit, along with generated outputs and production history.

We also collect service and device information such as pages viewed, feature usage, generation status, credit activity, approximate location, referral and campaign data, browser information, and diagnostic logs. When you pay, Stripe processes your payment credentials. We receive transaction, subscription, invoice, and payment-status information, but do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service; authenticate accounts; process purchases; run AI generation workflows; store and deliver outputs; calculate credits; diagnose failures; issue credit refunds; provide support; communicate service and product updates; measure activation and conversion; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

Where applicable, our legal bases include performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, your consent for optional analytics or marketing, and compliance with law.

AI providers and service providers

To perform a requested workflow, submitted content may be processed by providers that support AI generation, moderation, storage, analytics, email, and payments. These currently include providers such as Pipelet, FAL, Suno, MiniMax, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Cloudflare, Stripe, Plunk, and Google. The provider used depends on the feature you select. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or a successor in a merger or acquisition when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or our rights.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, billing, credit, security, and production records for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Generated content remains available until it is deleted, the account is deleted, or operational retention limits apply. Some backups and provider records may remain temporarily after deletion.

You can request account deletion or access, correction, or deletion of personal information by using account settings or emailing support@scenova.ai. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires it.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication, security, locale, attribution, and checkout continuity. With consent where required, we use analytics and advertising measurement to understand product usage and campaign performance. We do not send prompts, uploaded media, email addresses, or other direct identifiers as analytics event properties. You can reject non-essential analytics through the consent controls presented on the site.

We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on local law, some analytics or advertising technology may be treated as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You may opt out through the site’s consent controls or contact us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of certain sharing, and receive equal service after exercising a privacy right. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers and security

Scenova and its providers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used. We apply technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product, provider, or legal changes. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or email.
