Terms of Service
Last updated August 29, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of scenova.ai and Scenova AI’s creation tools. By creating an account, purchasing credits or a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Keep your login credentials secure and provide accurate account and payment information. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report unauthorized access.
The service
Scenova provides AI-assisted character, photo, video, music, motion, voice, and launch-kit workflows. Features, models, processing times, output formats, and availability may change. AI generation is probabilistic: outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review every output before publishing or relying on it.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant Scenova and its service providers a limited license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service.
You must have the rights and permissions required for uploaded faces, voices, music, images, videos, trademarks, and other material. Do not use the service to impersonate a person without authorization, deceive people about synthetic content, violate privacy or publicity rights, infringe intellectual property, create illegal or abusive content, exploit minors, distribute malware, evade safety controls, or harm others. We may moderate, reject, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate these Terms or create risk.
Generated outputs
Subject to your plan, applicable law, and third-party rights, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. Scenova does not guarantee that an output is unique, non-infringing, or eligible for copyright, trademark, or other protection. Similar outputs may be generated for other users. You are responsible for clearance, disclosure, labeling, and lawful use.
Credits, subscriptions, and packs
Generation costs are displayed in credits and may vary by workflow, duration, quality, or quantity. Starter signup credits are a one-time grant and do not refill monthly. Subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval until canceled and provide the stated monthly credit allowance. One-time packs add the stated credits to your account. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire as disclosed at purchase or grant.
If a paid generation reaches a terminal failed, timed-out, or safety-blocked state without delivering the promised output, the service returns the matching generation debit automatically. A lower-quality intermediate result does not replace a promised final result for this purpose. Duplicate retries do not create duplicate refunds.
Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and included credits are shown before purchase. Stripe processes payments. You can manage or cancel a subscription through account billing settings; cancellation takes effect according to the checkout disclosure and applicable law. Payment refunds other than automatic generation-credit returns are evaluated under applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. Unused credits are not redeemable for cash.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may pause workflows for maintenance, provider incidents, capacity, safety, or legal reasons. We may change or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects an active paid subscription where practical.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, nonpayment, security risk, legal requirements, or conduct that harms the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Scenova is not responsible for decisions, claims, losses, or platform enforcement arising from your publication or use of generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scenova’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Scenova during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. For questions, billing issues, or notices, contact support@scenova.ai.
